(no subject)
When I watch anime, I have some many thoughts and feelings that I feel that I might burst if I don't express them. Of corse, no one wants multiple comments on their videos, so what's a girl to do? I've decided to write my impressions, thoughts, and feelings down here! I'll write the show title, the episode number.
Witch Hunter Robin
Episode 5
I feel sorry for Robin. Her partner is Amon, but he seems like he hates her. I wonder what his problem is, like is it actually Robin, or is it something in his past that makes him distant? I love the OP, especially the part when Robin puts her hands on the TV and tries to say something to Amon. I downloaded the OP, and I listen to it constantly.
It's amazing how weird Robin is! She sees a box, and she takes the cover off of the top and stares at the guy who is sleeping in it! She is so weird, but really cool. For some reason, I think that she is a bit naive... She's always curious. Did you know she reads out loud? (See episode #4[I think]) But, as you see in episode #3, she's really smart. But I'd say that she is really curious. But, curiousity is good, because in episode #3, she found the bug on the body of the first mummy-like man. She is scolded a lot by the rest of the team, but she doesn't seem to mind much. She's weird and mysterious. She's cool, and I like her a lot!
Amon and the boss were talking, and the boss said something about Robin's glasses. (She needs them to aim fire correctly, because right before she uses her power, her eyesight deteriorates, but afterwards, it goes back to normal.) Then he said that Amon had a responsibility to watch over Robin, and it was Amon's reponsibility alone. The exact words were, "From now on, watching her conduct is strictly your responsibility." And all Amon says is "Understood." Amon is almost as weird and mysterious as Robin! And he's teh smex!
Doujima says to Robin that she didn't get in trouble because she's "special". The Doujima continues to say that her parents are important people and that they thought putting her into STN was the only right path for her. I guess that's why she gets special treatment and is allowed to come in late and slack off too. I don't really like Doujima that much, she's too prissy. But it was funny how Roin kept whispering in Micheal's ear and he moved his head forward and then she moved her head too! Robin is hilarious, and I love her!
Michael says that the two cases aren't related even though Doujima and Karasuma smelled the same thing in the two separate cases. Robin says "But..." And then Amon says "Then are you going to smell everything in the city?" with a smile(!) on his face. I almost expected Robin to say "Can I?" =D
Robin asks Karasuma if she can recall anything else from the incident that happened before. Karasuma tells Robin that it wasn't an incident, and everything is just an inference. Robin is usually right when she thinks of something, so I'd have to say that Karasuma should tell Robin everything. It's obvious that Karasuma is leaving something out. Well, at least it is too me. =/
Robin is so awesome. She calmed Sakaki down just by holding him and saying "You're okay. It's okay now." Robin is just... Amazing! She stopped a Witch's attack with just a hug and a few words! Oh, and at 20 minutes, there is a lady who I think is Amon's girlfriend, maybe. I dislike her. I like the pairing of Robin and Amon, as the OP suggests.
Robin and Amon are together. That makes me quite happy. Robin offers Amon a hankie after he sneezes, but he has his own. Baka Amon, just use hers! Oh well. When Robin asked Amon if he knew that the Witch would go back to get his family photos, he said that he thought the Witch would, even though he doesn't understand why the witch would risk himself to get them. From this I can draw the conclusion that Amon did not like his family or his family was unimportant to him. That may be why he is so bitter. But yay! A Robin and Amon bonding moment! =) Wait, Amon just said he doesn't have a family. Now it is Robin's turn to say that she doesn't either. And she did. =) And Robin just figured out who the Witch was! Go Robin!

Episode 6
W00t! Robin is mastering her powers! She's got 98% accuracy now! She rocks! Amon is so mean! One of them said that she was almost perfect, and all Amon says is "From now on, we can use her a little. Send her home." Michael says that Robin said that she wants to do more (practicing), but Amon says "Tell her to hold off."
Robin sats, "Amon, I want to go get my vespa." Then she pushes him out of the room... I don't get it. =/ I'll watch some more.
I almost forgot that Robin is only 15. Amon reminded me when he said, "Don't get too angry." At that point, I was totally loving him! Then he has to spoil it and say, "It's a kid's selfishness, if you do it, she'll shut up." Apparently, Amon is going to indulge Robin's hunt for what happened to the woman who gave her an umbrella. I can be happy for that.
It's kind of funny that Robin kept insisting that the girl was "odd", especially since Robin is so weird herself. Amon smiled and said that he didn't mind picking up her vespa! Inner Fangirl: Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! So kawaii!
Michael frickin' rocks! "If I had to choose between rules and curiosity, I'd choose the second one."
OMFG! Amon asks Michael to continue to search the girl's lineage even though they were told to stop. Amon is really curious too! I think he trusts Robin's intuition more than he thinks he should. But it's good thing that Amon does, because Robin has been right all the time (So far).
For working on that, Amon promised Michael that he'd tell him about a wicked site. When Michael asks about it, Amon says that he'll tell him when he's "An adult." I thought Michael looked pretty young! Michael isn't happy about this. =P
NOOOO! Amon really does have a girlfriend- Robin's roommate! Inner fangirl: DIE TOUKO! DIE!!!! Robin doesn't seem concerned or upset.
OKAY! I'm just going to watch from now on. This takes too much time.
