You hold my hand.
It brightens my life
That was once so bland.
I wish you would never let go.
We could stay like this forever,
Never feeling sorrow.
But you let my hand fall.
I lost you
I lost it all.
I thought I meant more
But I was only a replacement
As you waited for her to come through the door.
I feel bad for me,
But worse for you.
Because you'll be sorry.
It's true that I love you.
But since you betrayed me,
I feel no remorse for what I am about to do.
As I watch your face turn blue
I whisper in your ear
"Baby, I love you."
