Recommendation Meme!
It's actually been quite a slow week by Vocaloid standards - maybe everyone's holding their breath a little for v3? - so I'm going to move back this week's roundup to the weekend, hopefully just a little ahead of the ranking. In the meantime, it's been a while since we've done one of these. For reference, the previous one was here.
