This has come in completely under the radar, as far as I'm concerned - try as I might, I can't find it on nicovideo and the video itself doesn't list a source, which makes me wonder if it was an Anime Expo reveal. Has something on NND changed to always give crappy quality videos? They looked like JPGs on 99 compression.

They've gotten more strict about peak times, I think - during times of heavy load you'll see quality go way, way down. Try it again in a couple hours and it'll probably pick up.

My videos are fine, which would mean they think UK is part of Japan. ... which would be interesting but I can't quite picture it.
