That migraine I was talking about earlier? Isn't a migraine, it's some kind of viral throat infection thing. My throat and head have been killing me for four days now.

I can't deal with this right now, I have things to do, apps to write, books to read! And none of the painkillers are working on my head, although the Excedrin might be doing

Yeah, I went yesterday. She said there wasn't anything I could do but wait it out since it's viral. She gave me the Excedrin, though, so the headache's tolerable now. And I've been gargling icky saltwater like there's no tomorrow.
