2011 SP Rankings!
Sweet and simple, ahead of the linkdump; the rankings for the first half of the 2011 year have now gone up!

The rankings for the Kagamines is full of agreement and disagreement from me. I think some songs, while popular, aren't nearly as well good in sound and voice and lyrics as some other songs that were listed before them. I feel that way about songs like Suki, Kirai. I like it (not a favorite of mine, though) but there are a lot of songs much better than it that are listed lower, imo. But it was a pleasant surprise to see Remote Control in first place. Not the best out of everything, sure, but it's A LOT of fun. I never get tired of it and it makes me super happy, I don't even know why.
I'm happy that I Want to Be a Princess! was in 5th place. I love love love that song. So cute in every way and Rin sounds great.
I was really sad to see Tsuki no Uta at 93rd place. It's super gorgeous and I wish it had a lot more exposure. Same goes for Your Blue.
But what I found the most amusing was how Head Shoulders Knees and Toes just squeaked by into the ranking at 99th place, lmao.
Ah well, it's just like all other popularity contests.
Now to watch the Iroha rankings. hnng. ♥
