So I did something
Finally yesterday. finally. wow.
i got up. i went to see sacksteder--next tuesday i'm goign to go in and pretty much teacher 5 classes--Shakespeare. I told my dad my mission was to turn the world onto shakespeare one classroom at a time.
iv'e got it all figuredout. i know how i 'm going to do it. relate it to movies (the motifs and themes) and say it's like poetry or songs/rap today. i'll talk about verse, macbeth, scansion, cool stories, him, sonnets, and oh yuea do a monologue of lady mac's. it'll be exhausting but really fun.
i went in and talked to price as well. we talked for a long while. it's nice to come back and feel groudned with him and not to mention talk intelligently now. on thrusday i'm going into his class to talk about college auditions, what i did, how i prepared, the weird stories that accompany some of them, the ups the downs and so forth.
i saw hook. in which i saw jess. :)
thank god i didn't see many other people. ie leeann gregor, sarah, sarah, i briefly saw cheryl but meh that's ok. i would've seen mark or stephanie but couldn't find them.
i came home and read. chris came over we made fun of each other and laughed...a lot. the funeral was supposed to be yesterday but wasn't..obviously. i hope everything works out with his grandfather and uncles and aunts etc. they're in my prayers.
now i'm on my way to lunch with chris hartt. well he's making lunch. it'll be nice to catch up and oh get out of the house again.
i've got a lovely bunch of coconuts.
i haven't slept well the past 3 nights! arg...no more mono..please
