I just got home from a night on the town with my precious. Katie is going to college in Chicago this september. As the day draws nearer the feeling of dread and lonliness dig the pit in my stomach deeper and deeper. She's not even gone yet and i miss her terribly. I never thought i could fall so in love so quickly. I feel like she's a part of me. She consumes my every thought and brings perpetual happiness to my heart. The mere thought of her makes me melt. I'll just have to find some way to get by somehow. I don't know, count the days till she comes home for thanksgiving i suppose.
