(no subject)
Rawr, haven't been posting much, especially since things have been kinda busy...
Anyway, today it suddenly occured to me that it's FRIDAY.
Which made me wonder where on earth did my march holidays go?!
Haven't actually done much school related things ever since the end of school and am so unprepared for math and lit when school reopens! Thank goodness for Learning Journey week! Rawr, but there's badgework to do as well! D:
Okay, so here's where my week went :
Saturday
Was at church for band prac since I was playing for worship on Sunday. It was really cool... I'm actually really thankful about the whole swap band thing. Was originally with Sherwin, Sherlyn, Josh/Samantha and Joseph... But then Jon swapped the bands and now I'm with Steph, Leon, Joseph and Miko. Somehow, I felt really really stressed in the other band luh, but with the second band and Michy as worship leader I kindof felt alot better :D Oh, and the band got really high during band prac. Like:
Miko: Eh the "All We Like Sheep" chorus sounds so Disney!
Steph: Yea it is! *sings* Under the sea........ (and here Steph starts being the jukebox she is and plays many Disney songs on the piano)
It got so high that we were so close to doing a jazz version of One Desire,but were sane enough to not do it xD
Sunday
Was a good day generally, but wasted alot of time... Tony Anthony thingy at night was good though. Lazy to elaborate,
Oh, but the skit intro thing was really funny xD The video can be found here, but it's really blur because we used Lydia's phone to take. Starring JB as Tony Anthony, Ben Chong as Rich Man, Miko as er random guy?, Jon as policeman? Hahha. xD
Monday
For the first time ever, I woke up at 10, oh no. >< Completely overslept, thank goodness I didn't need to be at cantata rehearsal which started at 9. Generation 1 animals were taking a break :D
Started to chiong programme booklet for march camp, which was on wednesday...
It kind of didn't work out very well, D:
Peiling did this crossword for me to put into the camp booklet, and I was quite :D about it, until er, Tuesday evening after the camp booklet was printed... Because she told me about ___ that she put in D: D: D:
Anyway, ran out of the house at 3 so that I could meet mich ong at 4? or so in school.
Elissa was supposed to come earlier to pipe and maybe I could drum with her! But then she ended up coming really late D:
Was supposed to have batch meeting at 5, but spent all the time with michelle in the end. Hahah, but hey I went for the last 10 minutes of batch meeting! :D Which was choosing nametag colour/QT briefing :D Summary I got from Peiling about night surprise was: oh Stella's going to email and everyone has to wear dresses.
Tuesday
I WAS IN SCHOOL. Chionging programme booklet. And laughed at juniors. Honestly, cantata prac sessions are good bonding times. (:
Xaviera and Ruby were really funny, Letitia and Joelle were being horrible! D: They came up with this "how to be sucky" thing, which happened to describe me. HRMPH.
Batch meeting at 3, but then I ended up running around to settle programme booklet with Ms Wong.
Chloe Ann Cheang came back!!! :D :D :D
Yay. Haven't seen her since she went over to Canada D: Oh well.
Shirim after was okay... :D Performance on Sunday! :D
Wednesday
March camp!!! :D
Okay this will come in a seperate post. All I can say now is BATCH 08 PWNZ I LOVE YOU MUCH BATCH :D
Thursday
GB camp still! But ran off before cantata prac to go for WAMM retreat! (which will be in a seperate post from this and the march camp one, when photobucket cooperates :D) WAMM retreat on Thursday was a big waste of time though. But frisbee = fun :D
Friday
Was supposed to be at WAMM retreat again but I ended up staying at home and skipping instrumental training... Tried to do some work at home, but productivity = low. D:
Left home for retreat later in the day and yay it was seriously alot better today than yesterday :D
Am kindof looking forward to Sunday's performance even though it means skipping church! D: Joseph's leading worship if I'm not wrong... And also frisbee after church! D: Oh well. :D
Oh no I'm rambling alot I should stop now :D
But in summary, this week's been really really tiring but pretty fun. Though the whole panic because there is a tonne of work to do and school is starting and cantata is next week thing hasn't really set in yet, but argh I know I need to start being productive times 10^01654548454848464644 D:
