"Only in New York"
alright, so NYC was amazing heres what happened....
Saturday: Arrived in NYC at about 830ish? and the airport lost my luggage, started off pretty bad...oh well, so we got to the hotel and they messed up our rooms so we all slept in different rooms but it worked out for the one night. Went out to dinner and then decided to look for some clothes but all the stores were closed by then. Got back to my hotel and all my luggage came in, thank god!! Didnt do much else that night, I think I just fell asleep
Sunday: Got matinee tickets to see La Cage and got an autograph and some pictures. Arika was sick so she told Annie to go see Dessa Rose in her place. Annie and I got Starbucks and walked to the theatre hoping to meet up with Jessica there but she didnt show up till later. On the way Annie and I bumped into Sutton Foster and Christian Borle on the street but stupid me wasnt thinking and didnt say hi or ask for an autograph or anything! We made it to the theatre in just enough time and watched an amazing performance. Dessa Rose was awesome! I dont remember what happened after that.
Monday: shopped all day and then Kyle and I got tickets to Forbidden Broadway...good times, great show
Tuesday: Saw Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and got autographs of Norbert Leo Butz, Sherie Rene Scott, Gregory JBara and John Lithgow, Joanna Gleason did not make an appearance at the stage door, otherwise I would have gotten her's too.
Wednesday: I think this day Elise, Kyle and I got tickets to Fiddler on the Roof matinee and then saw Avenue Q that night awesome shows. Harvey in Fiddler was awesome and Avenue Q was frickin hilarious.
Thursday: Shopped again and then saw Little Women that night. Got Sutton's autograph!!! I was excited. Then we went to a club and had fun and came home and thats about all that happened that night!!!!!
Friday: Meghan, Ben, Kyle and I saw Brooklyn which had kickass music, costumes, and set but thats about all. Got the entire cast to sign my program, that was exciting.
Saturday, got ready to go home, got some lunch.... and left for the airport. The Castle's drove me home and we stopped at applebee's for dinner...
It was an awesome trip Im so glad I got to go!
