Last night was pretty fucking amazing.
Friends who are extremely awesome... Dirty Girlscouts named Stacy and Veronica... Playing party DJ again for the first time in a long time... Possibly deciding to get a place of my own here for a while... Hot dude from work with UNBELIEVABLE FACIAL HAIR...
I always thought he was rather attractive, but I never made any kind of move because of circumstances, loyalties, just plain stupidity, whatever. But this week, I've been taking all of the chores that require me to go back to receiving at work just so I could see him and talk to him and stuff.
Morgan, Sammy, and I decided to have a party, but none of us had a location at which to throw it, so we decided cute guy and his roommate should have it at their place. We told the roommate, but it didn't get back to cute boy, so he had planned to go out of town that night to a different party. Anyway, last night at work, he asked me what I was doing that night and I said, "I'm going to your place 'cause you're having a party. =P"
He did a hilarious doubletake and then told me he'd be out of town. I explained the deal and told him about dirty girlscouts. He joked that we'd be dressing like them, in which case, he could not miss said party. I straightened him out and told him I guess I'd see him later. He made it a point to get back to his house early and things just happened.
He said he'd liked me for a long time and a bunch of other nice things about me and I busted his beautifully sculpted chops (I'm not kidding, these chops are fucking grade A) about not noticing that I'd be the only one going back to see him in receiving for the past week, blah blah. He's adorable.
And I hate that I had to go to work this morning. Blah. But he made it a point to get my number. =D
Could it be?? Could Diana have found a potential NON-DISTANCE relationship?? WTF, lady? I'm as confused by the logistics as you are.
