Life so far this year...
So it's almost half way through the year 2008 already?!? Wow..where has this year gone? I cannot believe it! This year, so far, has been great! My new job is AMAZING and I love being there every day! We, Eric and I, are working together at a GREAT company in Chelmsford. It's a concierge service for upscale companies and credit cards. It's tons of fun and so much room for growth..I've already been moved up 2 times! :) Our hours are the same too so we get to save gas by commuting together which is great!
So obviously, Eric and I are great. Living together is still amazing and we're not even sick of each other from working together...weird huh? We're almost at 2 1/2 yrs...can't belive it's already been that long! :)
My 25th bday "bash" was amazing and then we also had Eric's bday "bash" at the Sky Lounge which was great too! Not for any real reason but we haven't been going out as much lately esp now that we're paying off a pretty large debt to my mom (almost 4k) for "bailing" my car out of the collision center - if anyone doesn't know, Eric hit a patch of ice drivin my car back in Jan., going downhill and we hit a snow bank --> street sign --> mailbox --> fire hydrant....not good!... and I was w/out a car from Jan 27th until a few weeks ago. Then I get the car back and I had to get it insured, registered, inspected, a new battery, a new fuel pump...on top of the $3400 in damages from the accident! ugh..fortunately I had saved enough to get all the necessities done after getting it back and my mom was amazing and paid for the balance from the collision center - now we have weekly payments to her!
Not a lot else going on in my life really...working a lot, trying to get settled enough to take more classes at SNHU, spending quality time w/ Eric...and his son..who is now staying at our apartment a few nights a week since we had to give our kitty away (miss u/love u cougar!!) because his son was allergic..but fortunately we found an amazing home for him! :) I love family life! :)
