weekend
whoa so this has been like the busiest weekend ever! friday we played at the battle of the bands, which was still fun even though i almost quit the band like ten times! we didn't have a power strip or extension cord, who's fault was that? the sound system got all screwy after *cough* this really cool band blew out a speaker. heh at least we went before them, and everyone could hear me really well. if anyone wants to watch the tape I'll lend it to you, but if you don't return it you die! so then on saturday we played our japanese set at the international festival for a total of about 10 people, but erin and megan, the best people ever, were there and that was super cool. then me and christy went to bennigans and had food, then we went to starbucks for no reason, except that coffee was damn good! then i went home and read my whole critique book in two hours. i've yet to write it, or do any other school work though. so today i went to a baptism at church, then I played the music at the 5pm mass. too much music! I've started to lose my voice a little bit, but I think it's coming back w/o too much trouble. tonight i was going to go to the movies, to avoid working of course, but no one would go with me. :( but that's all good, i suppose I've had enough fun, i'm just a little lonely now... but that's all right. i've got to buckle down and do those projects, but I just don't want to. so that's all, I think! hope everyone is having a good weekend too. later!
