Mr. Robot; Darlene Alderson.
My crush on Darlene is so real, ugh. I want to know everything about her. I am super interested in what her childhood was like (that kidnapping story was crazy! is her mother abusive? is there a shady reason she chose Dolores Haze as her screenname?). I would love to see her relationship with Elliot from her perspective; what's it like being his brother, and how has it affected her life? Also very interested in her history with Angela - I find it so endearing that they take ballet class together, and the fact that they can kind of clash in their differing ways of looking out for Elliot. I'm also into finding out more about her relationship with Cisco. Basically, all things Darlene are things I am interested in, so do what you will.
Fear the Walking Dead; Alicia Clark, Nick Clark.
I find the Clark family dynamic really interesting, especially given some of this past season's reveals. I'd be really interested in reading about Nick and Alicia's history, particularly their adolesence, and how they relate to each other. Also very interested in an us-against-the-undead-world future-y take on things. A sort of role-reversal in which Nick has to take care of and be responsible for Alicia would also be interesting. I'm fine with the inclusion of the whole family, but I don't really like Chris or Travis.
How to Get Away with Murder; Laurel Castillo.
I have a deep, deep love for Laurel and all that she is, so I'm open to reading virtually anything centered around her -- the one exception is that I'm not a huge fan of Frank, or her relationship with him, so I'm not really interested in a fic about Laurel that includes a lot of Frank romance. I do think her relationship with him says some interesting things about her history (cough, daddy issues; cough, kidnapping), so an exploration of Laurel/Frank from that perspective would be cool.
Things I'd love fics about: I'd like to know more about Laurel's life before the show's timeline starts (especially this whole kidnapping thing, damn). I'm very interested in her potential romantic future with Wes and love when they pretend to be married/together in lawyer-y schemes. I like Laurel's relationship with Micheala, either as girl bosses being awesome together, or as reluctant friends, or as more than friends. Also would be interested in an exploration of her future, when law school is over. So basically anything, as long as there's not too much Frank.
Only Ever Yours; freida, isabel.
THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD. I think it messed me up even more profoundly than The Handmaid's Tale did, which is saying something. Part of its brilliance is certainly all that is left unsaid, but I'd love to see a fic explore some of that stuff. I'd like to read about freida and isabel's childhood. I'm very interested in the idea of a retelling from isabel's point of view (the way she protected freida until her death was so heartbreaking to me). I ship them, so a clandestine romance is also up my alley. I'm also into the idea of the two of them (plus maybe more eves) rebelling and escaping, or at least trying to. Anything goes! I'd just love to read more about this world and these two characters.
