Life can be painful; but time and time again, people manage to live anyway, even with pain. Life is too precious to just abandon.

Light and shadow? Maybe, in a way.

I learned from my friends that even though life can be painful, it isn't worth giving up. People can keep going, they can change and overcome it. I learned through my own experiences too, back home and from here. Even though sometimes it might be easier to just give up, life is too precious. I may not have everything here, but I have friends, people I love, and I'm still alive. I don't need much else to be happy.
