[This is Lady! This is Lady sitting on the floor, with her headphones on and a book looking up, with a black puppy sitting next to her]

Kyrie, are you okay there?

[And this is Kyrie, calling out from the other room!]

Yes, I'm fine! Sorry about that...

[theotokos]

[And not really believing that, Lady shifts up to place the book down and taking off her headphones. Mm, Pantera with Robert Frost- wait, what the hell, Lady.]

You sure you don't want any-

[And there goes a scampering puppy akdfjal]

[Probably a good idea not too, because there's a scrapping sound and then Kyrie emerges, looking a bit mussed. And starting a bit as the puppy dashed between her bare feet and into the room she just came out of.]

Ah, yes, I'm sure. I'm done in there.

[She turns back though because she's really not sure the puppy should be in there.]

[Too late. Said puppy with a ridiculously long name that Tamaki gave him is notorious for getting into things. There's a soft mutter of "great" and another string of swears from Lady, before she stumbles over. Ow, stubbed toe, to jump beside Kyrie, with a quizzical look]

What... are you doing?

[sing_my_faith]

[Ahah, the dog has wedged himself behind a stack of mysterious boxes and Kyrie is currently trying to figure out how to get in there after him.]

Ah, I was just rearranging some things, to try and make some room.

[theotokos]

Great.

[Glancing at the dog and stretching her arms above her head, she sighs.]

Are you sure you don't want any help? I mean, being a guest here it's only-

I swear he's normally not like this.

[She's stacked the boxes too high and too close to the wall, and Kyrie's moves back and gives the spot a look.]

How did he get there--

Oh! Um...well, if he doesn't come out on his own, it would be faster if you helped move the--

[and here she motions at the boxes.]

[No need to tell Lady. She might be shorter and slender than you, but she's a little stronger, trying to peer where the little dog has- or maybe it's more to the fact why he did this. But Lady can't help but start laughing at Kyrie]

Wow, you've been here for such a short time and you've got this many boxes?

He's going to have a ball in here.

Oh, well...some of it's Nero's things, and there are supplies for the beach party, as well.

[It's out of her mouth before she can top it, and as soon as it is the smile that had been returning Lady's laughter fades, her thoughts on the man that had first begun to plan and arrange the outing.]

[So she isn't fairly good sometimes with theses sort of things, leaning down, to feel around for the squirming puppy, while trying to talk to Kyrie. Really, it's an awesome feat, trying to sound remotely serious with a playful puppy, trying to snap at your hand]

Well. Ah- I'm sure Livio appreciates it.

[It's not insensitivity, honest. She has no idea what to say, glancing back at Kyrie, while trying to reach behind. Dumb idea, Lady. Crashing into the pile now.]

... Damn it, do you have to be so difficult?

[There's a second where Kyrie just stands, rooted to the spot,m staring at Lady in a heap. Several of the boxes have simply shifted back, pretty heavy so that they didn't scatter. However, a couple have tumbled to the ground around Lady. Thankfully, none of htem hit her. Or burst open.]

Lady, are you all right?!

[Oh yeah. Now it occurs to her to go over and reach out to help the other girl up.]

[theotokos]

[She snorts, pushing back up, along with a squirming puppy in one arm, sniggering to herself. Oh, hell, it was funny, admit it. She doesn't take the help, naturally, but still has a smile, despite the disapproval of the puppy wanting to scamper off again]

Would you just... calm down?

Haa, I'm fine, they weren't that heavy, come on! Serves me right, going off my balance like that.

[sing_my_faith]

[Well, at least she's not hurt. Which means Kyrie's allowed to smile now! Which she does, though she ducks her head and busies herself trying to rearrange the boxes. Again.]

I think the puppy was more to blame for that then you were.

Him?

[Puppy does not approve, letting out a strangled whine, before Lady settles him down to gently pat him on the rear, shooing him back into where they originally came from]

He doesn't know any better. It's a new place, he's only curious.

[A pause before Lady turns back around to help. SEE? She's strong enough]

[Have a grateful smile, Lady. Kyrie appreciates the help.]

I know. I don't mind any--he's a very sweet dog.

Don't worry about it. Stacking them like this, it's bound to be unstable.
