fireworks that look like "softballs" lol
great 4th of july.
had a cook out with the family. yummmm.
(my aunt, uncle, & cousin came down for the afternoon)
met up with friends at night.
went to see the kensington fireworks together (it was my first time seeing them there!)
the ones shaped like willow trees were my favorite.
they have always been my favorite.
it was nice to hang with the old crew.
and the new crew.
mixed together we made a pretty awesome fireworks-watching group.
on another note: zach and lauren leave for italy tomorrow. i delivered my book of clues to them tonight, complete with pictures and captions and directions from the duomo to the piazza della repubblica (where i hid their note). haha. i love that we actually went through with this. the best scavenger hunt ever. across the globe.
they are taking a video camera with them and promised to video tape the hunt for me. fun stuff : )
i have to get up in a little less than 3 hours to catch my train to chicago. and then my plane to nyc on the 6th.
so i'm making this a quick one. cuz i am sleeeeeeeeeeepy.
sooooo excited for new york. and seeing my girlies. i've missed them!
