Actually i really don't care if it's acceptable or not, you'll deal. Looks like i'm too liberal for the baptists again...
So i tried to read Captivating again today, and once again discovered that i can't stand it...that amount of cheese makes me want to add some whine. I get the vibe i'd identify better if it was less like this, and i hope i can still lay claim to two X-chromosomes despite.
gracious heavens, i sound more like my mother every day. yikes. it's ok, i still have dad. thank goodness for dad. and thank goodness for mom. THANK YOU GOD FOR MOM AND DAD [and maybe even philip, give or take].
Anyway, now for some actual wisdom[/the closest thing to it i can come up with] from today:
I think a lot of times, the mistake we make is thinking that, when we fall, God's the 'nice guy' standing and staring down at us and making like He's gonna help us back up. NO. He's in every particle, every ounce of air, grass, concrete, whatever it is that's beneath us, holding us up from falling all the way through.
Another simple fact of geology: earthquakes have aftershocks.
Et alors, c'est tout pour maintenant. Parce-qu'il n'y a rien a dire.
