Was going to prompt more of that lovely Gibbs training Neal for Peter and El fic... but I see it's already been prompted! Therefore...

Neal went missing on a case three years ago. Peter and El have mourned -- and then Neal is found, much the worse for wear. Where he's been and who's had him is up to you. Also, how does he reintegrate into Peter and El's dynamic -- or can he?
