Yep, still slogging away at this thesis-of-DOOM thing. However, I found out last week that, because I dropped the second half of an upper-level forensic anthropology class, my name has been taken off the list of potential graduates. Oops. I knew I didn't need the course to fulfil my upper-level biological anthro class requirements, but I *did* need it to bring my total number of anthro credits up to the required 60 to graduate with an Honours. Well....shit. I've written to the woman in charge of the honours program, but she still hasn't responded. If one of my other courses can't be counted as an anthro course, then I'll likely drop all my courses this term and graduate with a Major, but not Honours, in Anthropology. I'm still ticked though, given all the work I've done so far. But I am emphatically *not* coming back next year to take one lousy course (as there's no summer courses I could take)- I want to be in Japan, damn it!!!!
