I recommend:
good reads for you:
--these books are all amazing, i've recently read through them very fast because i could not put them down--
+_+Diary by Chuck Palahniuk
+_+Girl with a Pearl Earring by Tracy Chevalier
+_+The Long Hard Road Out Of Hell by Marilyn Manson and Neil Strauss
+_+Phantoms by Dean Koontz
+_+The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
+_+The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold
+_+Lady Audley's Secret by Mary Elizabeth Braddon
i've read them all over the course of the summer, Diary was the last one I finished and it was twisted as hell, but that's kind of chuck palahniuk's reputation so it was a satisfying read. these books are all really good, i'd let anyone borrow them if they thought they needed a good book to read.
today at work: more video games and smoothies. tomorrow Kyle is going to class with me...I told the teacher already so there won't be any surprises...but lets just hope it all goes well. he's been pretty well behaved lately since i've been in a better mood but who knows what will happen tomorrow. oh well. four more days and counting and then i'm done with statistics.
this friday is Breaking Benjamin at Bogart's in Cincy...we're picking up our tickets this week hopefully. this is so effin exciting if i'm lucky I'll have been to three shows this summer: ozzfest, breaking benjamin, and LRSfest in september. on the radio this morning they announced that the headliner is going to be none other than Three Days Grace...I was in my car and almost ran off the road i was so excited. Rob's already texted us once today saying "we are GOING to LRS fest." yeesh the sooner we get all these tickets the better, then i'll know for sure i'm going to see two more of my favorite bands yet before the summer is over :D
Paul and i had a lovely weekend basically playing Tekken, swimming, and playing with little kids. I love Thomas and Ryleigh to death, those kids are great. i'm exhausted today but still in a good mood from all the fun we had.
it is so hot outside today...like an oven. we're all big fat chickens roasting in this big blue and green oven we call earth. there's a new concept to introduce to the republican government: forget global warming, it's now turned completely to global roasting. i think i'm about done, stick a fork in me and serve me up or something so i can get out of this heat.
