As for whoever you think I am 'snuggly' with, I don't know who you're talking about and I doubt I am, anyway.

This would be the 'down' side of

a) giving people the silent treatment

and

b) making assumptions

and

c) taking one person's word over another's, without bothering to hear both sides.
