Yay, lots of used books.
One of the local used bookstores is closing (boo!) so it's having a 40% off sale (yay!). And you know what this means: used books.
I actually ended up getting books I've mostly already read but did not, for some reason, actually own. Such as The Left Hand of Darkness. And Mercedes Lackey's Firebird. And some MZB book I haven't read, and volume 2 of some book about Babylon 5. Not that I own volume 1, but I figure why pass up volume 2.
Also I found copies of Barbara Hambly's The Silent Tower and The Silicon Mage. (Apparently I didn't actually own them, which is weird when you consider that I have here the other two in the series, Dog Wizard and Stranger at the Wedding.) So I've been reading them all afternoon. If you haven't read them, I quite recommend them. They're in that genre of "people get sucked from our world into fantasy world," and back again, and back again. Etc. And they're quite cute. I totally still ship Antryg/Joanna. So there.
