Wooo! I am at antigone921's. Yay. We're going to go see TMBG tonight, with Common Rotation opening. That should be fun. She's been playing Common Rotation at me all day. And according to the posted setlists, last night at the Petaluma show Common Rotation covered TMBG's early b-side "Hey Mr. DJ I Thought You Said We Had a Deal," which is one of my favorites. And Common Rotation are sort of growing on me, so this should at least be interesting.
Have watched many many episodes of "Angel" now. I like the crazed weird incestuous Darla/Dru thing in, um, "Reunion." And yay, characters from Buffy that I like. I do not need another fandom, I do not. But this is sort of like Buffy. I still don't like Angel much as a character. I'll probably end up keeping up with this show now, dammit.
Have also watched my very first episodes of Highlander (something with Methos and Joe, and then half of some Horseman one -- did they even *have* stirrups in the Bronze Age?). I want to make a Methos vid about TMBG's "Reprehensible," I really do. (Is a song about a guy who has committed horrible, reprehensible crimes in his past lives.) Have also seen all the Krycek bits of Patient X/RatB, and, um, I see how one could easily be all about the Mulder/Krycek. Now *that*'s slashy.
