Star Trek: Picard: 1x06: The Impossible Box
Look! I caught up!
Okay, so like eight million things happened in that episode and Soji is now coming online and my precious cinnamon roll Elnor is probably doomed but my major takeaway is that Romulans have true names and therefore the Rihannsu series is, like, one factoid closer to canon because that scene where Ael tells Kirk her fourth name is seared into my memory at this point.
Anyway, this show is clearly Trauma Fun Time For Everyone as Picard has a lot of Borg-induced PTSD (though it was nice to see Hugh some more), Agnes is upset about, I guess, being a murderer, and Raffi is a mess. I'm sure we'll find out about Rios' trauma at some point and... I guess Elnor's going to enjoy dying nobly, poor kid.
I assume next episode will be a lot of Trying Not To Get Everyone Killed and possibly a race to wherever the synths are from, unless that's coming later.
