Star Trek: Discovery: Short Treks: "Ephraim and Dot"
Another animated one!
This was... well, a wacky PSA about a tardigrade trying to lay eggs on the Enterprise -- starting with "Space Seed" but then weirdly going back to "The Naked Time" but mostly proceeding chronologically other than that -- while being thwarted by a security robot in a madcap chase sequence. Somehow the eggs persist to the Enterprise-A and the bot realizes they are eggs and saves them after the Enterprise explodes over Genesis, although frankly you don't need to have recognized any of that to get something out of this; I'm just a nerd.
Anyway. Tardigrades. Yeah.
One more of these to go and I can actually watch the new show.
