Kikori kits are now available!

My Sindrian Arts store is now live!

After months of testing, tweaking, moving, and building, my business is finally up and running!  I've managed to get the cost of a full Kikori  kit down to $3345, and to celebrate the opening I'm offering free shipping all this week!

For those of you who are not familiar with the Kikori CNC machine, it is the first open source CNC gantry router with a milling area of 4'x8' that is capable of self-replication, much like the RepRap 3D printer.  For a large CNC machine, the advantage here is not really that it can make more CNC machines, but rather that it can make its own parts for additional modules and upgrades.

My goal with the Kikori was to make a low-cost CNC machine that would be perfect for small businesses, hackerspaces, and educational institutions.  It not only allows for inexpensive access to this powerful technology, but is also easily adapted and modified, as well as being very forgiving of mistakes.

I'm constantly updating and tweaking my site, so if there's something you'd like to see there, please let me know at judah AT sindrianarts DOT com.

Thanks!
