For starters, I'm Riku! A 27 year old, crazy dutch girl from the Netherlands. I have a bachelor degree in Japanese studies & I am currently working as freelance translator.
My favorite manga/anime include (but are not limited to): Death Note, The Prince of Tennis, Naruto, Bleach, Fruits Basket, DNAngel, Akatsuki no Yona, Detective Conan, Fushigi Yugi, Kuroshitsuji, Sword Art Online, Birdmen, Yuri on Ice, Natsume Yujincho...
Some other books/series/movies I like are: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Hunger Games, Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, NCIS,...
And let's not forget to mention Disney and Ghibli, I love both studios!!
I am also very much into Cosplay.
Most of my free time I spend surfing around the internet, translating various Japanese media, reading manga/books & watching movies/tv series.
Also, I love Cats,... & Pinguins!!

The very personal rambling will be locked away, but I've decided (starting May 2016) to leave the less personal stories open for everyone to enjoy.
