Moving...
My sister is moving and needs to find a replacement to rent her room. She lives in North Berkeley in a 2-bedroom, 1 bath in-law type house that is behind a larger house. The back area is protected with a key/lock wood fence/gate. Her current roommate will keep living there, the lease is under her name. I would say you should probably be 420 friendly and ok with alcohol and late hours to live here, since she is a bartender. The rent is $600 not including utilities, which are PG&E, Comcast cable/internet/phone. The room is a good size with a closet and a window.
