Crazy day
Well, I am 20 years old and it does not feel any differnt then being 19. Today at work has been a crazy day everything was coming at once and I feel like I have been though world war 3 so to speak. Other then work being crazy I am good get to see my boyfriend tonight for the 3rd day in a row which I am happy about :-) May Trigger contains weight

Well, a few days ago I steped on the scale and I weight a fat 161. I am so aggravated right now because of that weight it is not even funn. I need to be at least 130 to 120 I feel so fat. As for the food I ate today all I had was a bowl of mac and chesse at work and I work it off with all the boxes I needed to move and that. That is the only thing I am going to eat today. I am starting a fast today and seeing how long I can go cause I need to lose this fat and weight before I go back to my hometown. I cant go back fat. Well, I got to go for now, I will try to post later on how the fasting is going if I dont post later tonight I will post tommrow for sure.
