if u have no money then this means u need more roomies or learn to be okay with living in jackson ward which ain't always easy. places, if i ever find a compatible roomate/s myself then u and yr roomie can have my apartment come august. its 750 divided by two though plus utilities. do u have a job? time? u talking u need a place come end of the semester like may. go to vcu's off campus website. it'll help with more roomies and for places coming up for grabs for rent. that is all.

u rejected me yet again with the artwork. waiting in anguish,agony, and anticipation. a bit dramatic but u get the point. i'm assuming yr a little overbooked so i'll not rely on you to get it to me sooner than later. all i ask is just keep me posted[on when u can get it to me or even if u can't, let me know].
