how many nip/tuck fans do i have following this baby? really? not very many. well there should certainly be more. since we're in our last one (and a half) season, i decided to make icons of every episode from january '09 until 2011 (if i'm still around) which means there will be these ridiculously gargantuan posts dedicated to just one episode of nip/tuck. even though season 4 & 5 were a bit disappointing, i'm hoping that it picks back up to the way it used to be. ryan murphy is a creative genius though and he knows that the show is nearing its end. unless they do something fantastically amazing and keep the show on.
sincerely_jane is the iconing alter ego of spattergroit for all the new people to the journal and just like spattergroit, sincerely_jane absolutely adores nip/tuck. in all honesty, without LOST, nip/tuck would be the only show i would dedicate to actual sitting in front of the television time to.
my favorite character is dr. liz cruz. it's nice to see that she'll be getting more screen time (i think, hopefully, based on the previews) on the show. i like her because of her honesty and the morals she brings to the show. christian and sean are two pretty much crazy out there guys and liz keeps the grounded. she's been through so much the course of this show but she has remained faithful (with the exception of leaving to join julia's practice [hey, money is money]) to these two men since the beginning, even when they are being big idiots. she's also the only woman that has so far managed to earn christian's proper respect. of course, with the second part of season five, it seems liz is getting pretty confused herself. roma maffia is an amazing actress and sadly underrated and it's kind of the same with liz. beautiful and underrated. so, there's the first part of my little nip/tuck introduction. i'll finish in the second and third posts.
