Actually, Landrieu is an excellent speaker and I think that his plans for our city sound great.
But, if another Katrina were to hit...I think that Nagin might be our best hope. I mean, he knows what NOT TO DO. And I think that no one could have done better in his position. We could have done worse. He also could have talked to the Federal Government better. But you know, then again, our levee's could have worked...yeah that would have been cool.
