I need a logophile. Someone who knows how to spell ridiculous and has an ounce of grammar. Someone not me! This is sad. I need someone addicted to words, not reading or books. None of my friends can understand how I have managed to offend a word. "Words don't have emotions or brains, so how can you offend one?" Insert mental "dots" here.
It's my thing. Each word is accompanied by a subconscious memory that reminds me when and how I learned that word. Then, the word is special and is taken care of. By offending the word, I offend myself and my memories. Therefore, it HURTS when I offend a word, and yes, it is possible to offend a word. At least, in Avren's world it is.
P.S. Not sure if this was the exact words or not, but it's the general gist: this is not how you spell "half hearted," this is how you spell "half-hearted."
P.P.S. If you don't know how to spell a word, or you can't find the proper word, a dictionary or thesaraus work absolute wonders.
P.P.P.S. Thank you Tygati and Tygati's friend who I am working on reading next. You have saved from a depression caused by mistakes in printed books sold in Barnes & Noble... seriously, don't they proof-read those thousands of times? How can you miss those! So, once more, thank you from the bottom of my heart for proof-reading and being truly literate.
