I recently taught her that if someone touches her without her consent, she's to punch them directly in the face. I bet that'd translate really well if I were planning on flying with her ever again.

Actually, that's still great advice.

It insures that real law enforcement will get involved.

However, it would certainly result in more of a hassle.
