Summary: Aliens made Kurt do it. They have, in fact, been making him do it for a while.
Notes: This is not the real fic, which can be found here instead, this is just one of three possible epilogues. This one's all mine. :)
And when RIB et al got their shit together and Kurt came back to Earth he was super needy and clingy for ages afterwards but he didn't say anything because saying, "hey dad I've been inside a space ship for the past [tbd]" wouldn't have led to the sort of therapy he needs. But he did blog about it anonymously after a while because keeping it all in was taking its toll, and he struck up an unlikely email friendship with a very paranoid man who claimed he'd once been an FBI agent, although Kurt privately thought he was just a crackpot. But he was a nice crackpot, and he and his wife both seemed to genuinely believe Kurt, for all that they were constantly on the run from what Kurt was pretty sure were imaginary threats.
I didn't like this ending, I want to try again!
