tumbleweed's a blowin...
today i seriously have nothing to do. finished my xmas shopping yesterday, wrapped said presents last night. got a haircut/eyebrow wax/nail appt tomorrow. don't leave until thursday morning for england for xmas festivities. this means today i woek up early, did yoga and then realised 'shit i am bored'. so i came into uni to use toe computer lab and its like a ghost town up in here. i wish i had spendable money because i would go to the filmhouse and see a movie but whats in my pockets got to stay in my pocket for tomorrow. this discipline with money thing never gets easier but i am doing ok surprisingly enough.
d. and i went to an xmas dinner party the other night that was put together by some of his friends. the food was better than last year (i think last year it was like a microwave dinner posing as xmas grub)and i had just enough drinks to make me smile profusely. i wouldnt say i was drunk but then i again i do remember telling this girl how it'd be nice to hang out because i have no friends here. haha.
had our party for the film festival too. i had a bad cold so i couldnt stay out too late (everything was hazy and i felt like i was in a bubble) but we got to watch a new film called mean creek which starred rory culkin who seriously beats the pants off his older brother. my boss from the film fest says hes going to have some part time work for my in jauary so that sounds really good if it actually happens,ingers crossed.
i dont really know how to liven up this entry so maybe i should spare eyeballs and minds and end it here. if i think of anything exciting i will come back.
