I did this a while ago and managed to get about half way.
This time of year is about re-evaluating and letting go of things. Cutting out the dead wood in a spiritual sense, to make room for new growth.
So.. Lets do it again.

Food and drink
1. Keep up to date with my Cookbook
2. Go mushrooming hedgerow scavenging
3. Start to grow veggies/Herbs
4. Do a gluten exclusion diet
5. Go sugar free for a week
6. Do another 3 course dinner party
