i liked it! every book has those chapters that are lead-ups to bigger events, otherwise the whole story feels like it was rushed through. i loved it! can't wait to see rowan and sage meet!

Thanks. :) In a sense, I'm impatient, and I wish I could sort of get to the "good stuff". But I also can't help telling as many aspects of the story as I could. Thank you for reading! I'm looking forward to Rowan and Sage meeting too. :)

I really did love this chapter! i love how you make adrian the perfect one and jasmine the... well... not so perfect one! it's a nice change to have the girl be the tough one! ok, you said you wanted honest critique and i really don't want people to hate on me for saying this but i didn't really like how the chapter opened... i'm really sorry but I really didn't understand it. It kinda seemed to just go on and on about malcolm ladgrabbe and it just could have been shorter. I know i'm probably the youngest of your audience (i'm 14) but i just thought i'd say since you asked! If you are another comenter reading this comment PLEASE DON'T HATE ON ME! Other than that i love your story and i'm so addicted!

I'm personally enjoying Adrian and Jasmine's little dynamic. And why would you think anyone would hate on you for posting your opinion. I've said it before, I never mind honest criticism! And I think I can see why you feel the way about that segment, I'm sort of agreeing with you. On one hand, I felt it is necessary at some point to discuss Malcolm a little more and on the other that is quite a bit of exposition right there. I don't think I've ever gone that many screenshots with that much non-dialogue text, so I can see why it's rambly. I'm hoping to be able to balance out these narratives a bit better in the future.

Thank you very much for being honest. I love you for that. :)

I think I have quite a few readers in your age group so you're not alone. :)

Hi first time commenter! *waves* :D

I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter. As I was taking the screens with Gabriel, Willow and Sage I sort of surprised myself how adorable Gabriel looked with Sage. Then again Sim toddlers are always too freaking cute.

I'm glad you're reading and that you're enjoying it. Thank you!

:D :D :D

I'm so glad you like this story. Some days I often feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants too, but I try to stick to the major plot points. I'm happy it seems to be working.

My graphic card isn't all that. I'm playing on a 5 year old computer and I stress my machine to get the highest graphics. I do some editting with photoshop on all the pictures. Resize and a pass with the sharpen filter does the trick. I like how it makes it look crisp and "cartoony" too. :)

And yes, I have a love/hate relationship with pose boxes. It's such a nuisance for me to sort them out, find the poses I want, get the sims looking the way I want them too (and you've noticed, I do a lot of cheating with camera angles too), but when Maxis animations aren't cutting it, yeah I have to rely on them. But in the end, I don't mind them as long as they help the actions come across and add to the characters' personalities. And yes, this story would be totally nothing without Silent_lucidity's OMSPs and Treeag's freezer clock. <3 <3 <3 ( ... )

I'm really glad you're having fun. That's one of the reasons why I worry about my updates, I just want readers to enjoy it as much as I enjoy writing it. :) Everything is slowly coming together, we'll see what happens with everyone in time. :D

It's always good to have distractions... Sims 2 is mine as well, so definitely enjoy it. Post screens too, we always like seeing them.

And I do mean it, do whatever you need to to help yourself and your family through this time. You don't owe me any explanations but of course you're welcome here whenever you want. :)

I always like to see screens of other people's games. Why not post it to your LJ? I'm adding you to my f-list.
