rotten day
so i wake up this morning to no power. it's off throughout the city. joe's work called and told him not to come in. schools are all closed. we had an ice storm last night. *sigh*
i need to ask all my friends to send us some happy thoughts today. we're putting our dog down this morning. daniel doesn't know and i have no idea how to tell him or how he's going to take it. i'm not taking it well. i can't even imagine how he's gonna be. jake would have been 12 years old this july.
why is life so hard sometimes?
