I could cheerfully kill that damn dog downstairs, and I usually am a very loving sort of person, especially with respect to relatively helpless things, like animals and children.
He was howling and barking when I got up at 5:00 this morning and when I left at 5:45. I've just gotten home at about 8:45 and he's been howling and barking since I got here. Come to think of it, he was doing it when I got up to use the bathroom at 3:30. I don't know how his people can stand it. Poor dog is very poorly trained, if at all, and he must just run that household.
I am constantly annoyed by the dog, and I blame my landlord. Who told us no pets.
