Adopt-a-Sim! - Flamingo
Regardless of my current project, I've been doing the GOS Sim Challenge every month and of course I wanted to participate! I just did Option A, because I am quite busy right now. That is also the reason I didn't put a lot of effort in to the previews this month - just used "Izza's Generic Preview Taking House" for the previews and didn't even bother to decorate. So, here is the first of two sims... Her prompt was 'flamingo' and she is an adult.
Now, of course the first thing that came to mind was pink - lots of pink! But since I didn't make the sims right away I had time to think about it. I remember hearing (though I've no idea if it's true) that flamingos aren't really pink, but white. And that they're only pink due to their diet. Of course, that got me to thinking about pink and white. And what was the human equivalent of pink and white? An albino, of course!
Also, ever since reading the prompts and thinking about flamingos, I've had the song "Pretty Flamingo" by The Queers stuck in my head on and off. So Flamingo was heavily influenced by this sweet song about a girl whom all the guys call Flamingo and want to make their girl. Her skin is pale as can be, her hair is platinum blonde (I actually went to school with a couple of albinos - siblings - and their hair was very light blonde so I went with that) and her eyes are a soft pink color.

Policy: Do what you like, but do not claim her as your own creation. I'd love to see what she (or any of my other sims) is up to in your own games. You definitely aren't required to tell me though.
If you have any issues installing her, please try using Sims2Pack Installer. I use the Mansions + Gardens version of Bodyshop to package my sims, and sometimes this causes issues when trying to install a sim if you don't have that SP. None of my sims require Mansions + Gardens, I promise!
Please Note: Flamingo's eyebrows would not extract properly, so I have included them as a seperate file in the .rar. Feel free not to install the eybrows she's actually packaged with, as they are not hers and will not show up on her.
