Adopt-a-Sim! - Nellie Frost
Since I still have a fairly large backlog of sims to upload, here's Nellie Frost. Recently voted Gen. 2 heir of The Frost Legacy, she is the youngest child to my Moonbeam Frost and Pooklet's Ticky Telling. She's definitely one of my favourite sims ever, and now that the poll is over I can safely tell you all that she was who I was hoping would win! The child version is definitely base game compatible. And now for the teen version. Teenage Nellie's hair uses a Maxis mesh in it's teen stage, and because I have all Maxis hairs hidden except for the mohawks, I'm not sure if it's base game. Nothing on Sims2Cri (where the mesh comes from) or on Nilou's post (where the recolor comes from) says anything about it requiring any EP, so I'm going to assume it's base game. If I'm wrong, please do comment to let me know so I can update this post accordingly. I have included the mesh for the adult version of the hair in the .rar in case you want to age her up.

Policy: Do what you like, but do not claim her as your own creation. I'd love to see what she (or any of my other sims) is up to in your own games. You definitely aren't required to tell me though.
If you have any issues installing her, please try using Sims2Pack Installer. I use the Mansions + Gardens version of Bodyshop to package my sims, and sometimes this causes issues when trying to install a sim if you don't have that SP. None of my sims require Mansions + Gardens, I promise!
