Since I never write in this, but always put the resolutions up, here is goes.
1-get back to my original running shape
2-complete 5 running events this year, 1 marathon in there and another 1/2 and whatever else.
3-look for the positive things in people, sometimes i think i judge too much
4-plan ahead, or at least make an attempt, i know i cant plan my future but i can try to create some path
5-find a job that i am happy with
6-gain 5 clients with my fitness certifications
7-complete my strength and conditioning certiifcation
these are probably all, i think. They are realistic to me and should help me get back on track. i hope all have a great new year's!!!
