Binsonville: Clearing out the sim bin! Chapter 5 Miguel
This is a day early, but I'm so eager to start and there is a clear winner for the vote for which house to build. Which is this one:

I'm going to be making some tweeks, the upstairs is going to flip flop and the 2 car garage is going to be part of the yard.
Lot is placed, let's get started!
Introductions! Brock Russo married Sophie Miguel and took her name.
He is a fortune/pleasure sim and wants to be a city planner. Sophie is a fortune/popularity sim and wants to earn $100k. Brock is moving up in the Architecture career and Sophie is into Politics.
First thing to do it take their savings out of the bank. They have roughly $22k.
I have to stop construction here for now. They ran out of funds. So I got them the essentials for now until they can bring some more funds in.
Sophie has had bad chance card luck and lost both the logic points she needs to be promoted.
I had her do some casual digging and she scored! An easy $5k.
Brock earned a promotion to Master Architect! Maybe we'll have enough to get started on the upstairs.
The house will eventually have three bedrooms. I set their ideal family size to three so ACR should do the work for me.
Ummm...I may have helped ACR along....
Toying around with decorating ideas, what do you guys think about this color combo?
Sophie snagged a promotion to city council member. And has officially earn $10k.
Gilbert the wolf has been hanging around a lot this week. Brock and Sophie are both missing Leroy. So if Gilbert keeps hanging around, maybe they'll adopt him.
I timed the baby wrong, so we have to wait until next time to see it. Sad face
They had just enough money to fix up the nursery.
I overplayed a tiny bit, so we actually get to meet the second girl in the neighborhood. Meet Ida, she has green eyes and brown hair. Her skintone is a custom genetized skin.
So that's it for the Miguels. Short chapter, but with two working adults and no pets, there was a lot of three speed going on. One last look at the house before we leave.
I can't wait to see it grow and change as money comes in.
