so NCOR in washington dc was amazing. driving in a cramped car for 5 and a half hours there and back with awesome people, sleeping on a church floor for 2 nights, radical workshops, the "party car... yayyy fuck yeah," meeting the nicest and most compassionate individuals, and being inspired equaled a weekend that I needed. cant wait for next year! and hopefully (Ill find out this week or next) I get to go to alabama to build a house during my first week of spring break. and also, I'm seriously considering not drinking for a long while. this past weekend I didn't, and its nice not waking up on saturday and sundays morning thinking "oh fuck, what did I do last night?" yeah I could consider moderation but that never seems to work for me. and itll force me to meet people and be social without being under the influence. alcohol has been my social crutch for way too long.
