i love hiking, and as much as i love living in the city i really miss it, just having trails around and shit. i mean i could always go to Crocheron park and do those trails, but i don't know...theres tons of rats there ( Read more... )

what airline did you take... and how much was it? i was thinking about flying to NYC instead of taking the 5 fuckin hour train to newark/metropark/theshitofNJ.

Well i flew to Baltimore and it was $30something dollars, but i had to fly into McArthur(?) airport which is some random airport out on Long Island which means its like an hour east of the city. I've never flown home before, but i think its like almost $100 to fly into Laguardia.

ah, i gotta figure this out. Round trip train tickets are $140 dollars and its a 5 hours ride. there's got to be a better way of getting home that isn't the china town bus or whatever.

i can't believe you take the train, isn't 5hours on the bus too, except it costs $30 round trip plus like 6 or 8dollars on the subway.

im pretty sure flying is cheaper than the train though and it takes like not even 2 hours but then youre in Laguardia and then youd have to deal with getting out of Queens...my suggestion, hitchhiking.
