My name is John Crichton. I used to be an astronaut.
Four cycles ago - that's what they call "years" in this neck of the woods - I was orbiting Earth in a module I built called Farscape 1. I was trying to test a theory. Then a wormhole opened, which proved a different one. It shot me across the galaxy. I wound up on a living ship called Moya, filled with escaping prisoners.
What a long, strange trip it's been.

I'm thinking a shorter, non-spoilery review focusing on the vague and technical, for all the die-hard spoilerphobes - or maybe lead with that in the opening paragraphs and then go into the good stuff rather than posting two articles?
There's just so much to talk about. I'll probably have to cut my notes down, even, and how long has it been since that happened? Which is why I was considering two posts. Decisions, decisions. :D
