What REALLY FUCKIN PISSES ME OFF is that he TOLD you he wasn't taking the room nearly a MONTH ago and youd ecided not to tell me because you knew I'd make you get off your ass and perhaps DO something about it.

So since you fucked me out of a MONTH of rent (because the least you could have done is let me know so that *I* could have found a roomate). I'll expect $300 from you shortly. I've been an EXCEEDINGLY cool guy about your difficulties in all aspects. I let you slide on rent a thousand times. And you TOTALLY just fucked me, so yeah, I'm pretty pissed off.

He did not tell me. He hasn't talked to me once since that day. If he's trying to get out of responsiblity by blaming me that's his issue. I didn't find out he wasn't taking the room until I got his number from his ex-girlfriend the day I gave you the number.
