So today seems to be better as far as control goes.
Even though I'm bumming I'm still doing alright considering I'm a fat fucking cow.

1/4 cup egg beater w/ salsa and slice of fat free cheese
55 cals

Treadmill
burned 50 cals in 10 minute span

Lunch
Tuna w/ 1/2 teaspoon fat free miracle whip and a tiny tiny bit of relish can't eat it plain 115

Rearranged furniture in living room twice and vacummed under loveseat and chair so I've nearly burned that off

Dinner will be a cup of brocolli and a small chicken breast
100 cals
Will run treadmill for 30 minutes
Total for day
265

Will have 2500 calorie deficit for the day if not more.
Goal loss for week four pounds.

I'm a disgusting fat woman.
